We've about to "relaunch" our website, in case that interests anybody here:
Litepost 0.1alpha - Unveiled!
"an open source alternative to Gmail"
http://www.litepost.com
It is much more detailed and expansive, and you can even (!) download the
source code. SVN repositories etc aren't fully ready and open yet.. this
will be done ASAP.
We're considering this a "very soft launch" for now, as we're still ironing
out a few bugs and entertaining the alpha testers.
I'd definitely be interested in any feedback, suggestions, ideas,
criticism--you know, the usual! We want to make this product as open and
free as email can get!
As mentioned previously, we are interested in explicitly working with Wikia
and/or other interested "open source" communities to help enable Litepost as
a true, light, versatile email "platform" (similar to Zimbra but much more
focused, less 'all-encompassing' alternative to Outlook/Exchange, Gmail..)
Cheers,
NB
