Finally :)

We've got a kick-butt loaded PowerEdge 6950 donated from Dell  
(thanks!!) with Xen loaded so we can fire up a bunch of server  
instances on it.  We also have another smaller backup/redundant  
PE1850 from Wikia with important data replicating to it in case  
something goes awry.

Like everything, it's all done openly so I hope nobody is shy. I just  
created this (scrappy) wiki page to manage the entire server process:

So, anyone that has any interest at all in getting their hands dirty  
on any of the open source search projects, go start editing!  Add/ 
suggest more servers, general ones as well as if you think you have  
something that you want isolated on your "own".
