New search engine  http://searchcloud.net/, it's key value is allowing 
the users to give different weight to each word in the query. A similar 
feature of Yahoo was also discussed on this list some time ago.

Good luck trying it. It's made in flash but it keeps saying me "Error 
downloading".
And their fallback support ("Alternate HTML content should be placed 
here.") doesn't seem very good :)
