Hello
Thank you for these informations.
"join the search-ui list " It's done :)
I am Welcome to the Search-UI at wikia.com mailing list.
I work on "tagging" opensource solutions : scuttle.
I have also discovered "BibSonomy
BibSonomy is offered by the Knowledge and Data Engineering Group of the
University of Kassel, Germany.
http://www.bibsonomy.org/
I enjoy the "tagging" system.
I 'll send this information in search-ui list.

Dennis has re-built a lot of the important framework around Nutch to
do exactly these kinds of things, the only thing we're missing is a
tool to support this kind of high level "tagging" and grouping so that
filtering can be done when you perform a query... any ideas on how to
build in that kind of explicit tagging, join the search-ui list
(http://lists.wikia.com/mailman/listinfo/search-ui
) and propose something :)
