I have setup a wiki page for internationalization of the wikia search
toolbar at:

http://search.wikia.com/wiki/Toolbar_Translations

There are currently about 25 different text strings that need to be
translated per language.  If there is a desire to have the toolbar in
any language other than english please create a section on the wiki page
for that language.  Once the text resources are translated and reviewed
by the community we can include them into the toolbar.

Please let me know if there are any questions or if I have missed anything.
