As I point out in another post, there has to be a place, a page, where
this could happen, although one can imagine an option, "rate this result"
next to a hit. Or there could be a popup which appears after the user goes
to the hit, "rate this result". Just brainstorming here, if we get too
annoying, no one will put up with it, let alone rate anything.
