[Search-l] Website malfunction, help please

re the login problem you need to make sure that you click the wiki login
button on the left, as the one on the top right is for the social bit.

with regards to the search results i have less knowledge on that.  the
results should be provided to any user (i.e. don't need to be logged in) and
there can be a lag, due to the slow page loads.  the page iirc needs js to
work properly, is this configured properly in your browser?
