[Search-l] Website malfunction, help please

Yes I know :). Should i pose the question from the other side. What is this 
list for? Should i read both, forum and list. And not forget about the 
numerous wikis? Where can i rant and can expect the developers to read it? 
Currently i'm in search for the red thread to this site, i suppose.
