[Search-l] plain html (no js) search result page has always existed (was Re: Browser Test)

I've never been great at making visuals, if anyone here is and wants  
to help make an arch pic, just ping me via jabber at jer at jabber.org  
or on our freenode irc channel #searchwikia and I'll provide the Q&A  
to help make a draft arch overview picture :)
