[Search-l] plain html (no js) search result page has always existed (was Re: Browser Test)

tried this, in a few ways.

1: The URL above works.

2: With JS off, cookies cleared, page reloaded, when i enter a search term 
in http://search.wikia.com, it does not fall back to the non-JS page (Opera 
8.5 and IE 5)

3: When i enter a new search term in the page from the URL above, it 
results only people search: 
http://alpha.search.wikia.com/search/search.html?q=java&s=0&n=10&x=23&y=23
