[Search-l] plain html (no js) search result page has always existed (was Re: Browser Test)

Confirmed. The form at http://search.wikia.com is different. The input
name is q2 (a non-recognised
one, it should be q) and the form has no action, only onsubmit (yet
another validation error).

The default is a people search (t=1), while one would expect a web
search (t=2). Moreover the
people search should have a link to convert that into a web search.
