[Search-l] Identification of search terms

Is there any progress on making capitalization of search terms work properly?

Here we have various options.

(i) Make the search client canonicalize queries.
(ii) Make the server side component canonicalize queries.
(iii) Have the wikis canonicalize queries.

I'm not sure which wants to be done - but it seems like it might be
advantageous to pick one fairly soon and implement it.

If we are doing (iii) we would need mini-article redirecting to work.
