One potential problem with a team based approach is that there will be an element of cross-over with 
search terms having multiple results across a range of topics. Perhaps a good approach might be a 
large set of good, vertical search engines. A single large index is just playing Google at its own 
game. The key, initially I think, is to find out where the GYM [1] search engines are weak and do a 
better job in those niches.
