A DNS-like approach sounds good to me. There is probably more *value* in 
having each person's computer network act as a node or vertice on the 
graph. More representative of the individual and whatever unique 
choices they come up with. 

Jabber servers and mini httpd apps always looked like the start of this 
to me. Maybe Jer wants to make a few comments on this? :)

That's an interesting implementation (ipv6). But who would agree?
