yes this is pretty much right i think, although i believe that users will be
able to contribute more in the future (such as to the algorithms used, but i
dont have an exact source)

re the download, not just yet i think but please remeber that the beta has

the grub client can be downloaded from  http://grub.org/html/downloads.php
