I think either you need to accept that people will post very general
remarks (including FUD) or you need to define it more precisely

Then you might want to reset Seth's status, because no matter if Seth
was wrong or right with what he was writing, I don't think he should
have been banned in the way you did, but rather on a well-defined
argument, which I am currently missing and as long as such an argument
is missing (including a public vote of the moderators) I consider him
"innocent".
Sorry if I might sound pedantic, but I think it's important to clearly
define such processes and discuss it accordingly if a project like wikia
search really wants to be open and transparent.
