People who are looking for say "weight loss" are not trying to find out what 
does the term mean. They are looking for information on how to loose weight. 
So if you link to a wikipedia article that says what is weight loss, it is 
going to irritate the user. Atleast, it doesnt give them a satisfying search 
experience.
