Up for MPOV ! Relevance is a contextual factor depending
on what you really want. Only you know what is relevant to what you need
(guessing you know what you need... which is not
always the case !). Look this if you are not convinced (many other
interesting topics in this interview...)

Social aspect can help there because we surely have a similar needs that
have already been
expressed before. Mini-article are cool idea but their scale is perhaps not
the right one : when you are searching for something,
you are always providing several queries (at least 2...) in search session.
What about mini article on search session such as : Hey you type a query
that has been a part of my search on this topic in this context... Look out
my mini-article about my search and find where I ended here and what great
web site I found. Look like desambiguisation page but on search not only on
words. their the aim of mini-article is different from wikipedia article
review.
