thanks very much for your trust, but in order to decide I would first 
like to ask what are your current moderation rules/processes?

E.g. I think people who are not subscribed to the mailing list, but post 
to it, should not be moderated through, but should automatically receive 
an email pointing to the registration saying they should first register 
and then resend their post.

I would suggest to enable him again, but I guess you wouldn't. So how
