But wouldn't it just be easier to upload your 'search profiles' 
directly? Your question however still applies in both situations. We 
have to figure out what ways we can have these search profiles 
influence a ranking algorithm, if the developers of the ranker allow it 
of course. (I am sure that profiles will be somewhat different for each 
different type of ranker).
