I was not talking about using what yahoo or google suggestion feature, but
about how they do it. Actually I'm not aware of any open (neither closed)
services that provide query/terms suggestion.
About the use of users data, I don't see the "wrong" way in query/terms
suggestion as far as the user is aware that its search history could be used
to enhance to engine (which is the aim of search wikia). We could do it in
an open way using for instance APML profile for users and give them control
on it.
