Yes, but with an open framework like I am envisioning, one way to handle 
this would be for independent people (anyone who feels like it) to 
generate clever dictionaries using semantic fancyness... and to make 
their algorithms free for others to play with.  This would lead to a lot 
of innovation, and if we do the API well, then it should be simple for 
any half-decent coder to whip up something simple and clever.
