If I were doing the suing of Google, I would point out that there was
existing technology in use (on Search Wikia) which, if in place on
Google, would have encouraged user input which would have permitted user
feedback which could have prevented continued display of the error a top
hit. Of course a user would have to actually have read the story. Traders
may not.
