[Search wiki] New FAQ page

The Move link is broken but you can move it "manually". What you do is
append / + name of the article at the end of the URL you get after
clicking on Move.
So, for instance, to move FAQ you'd enter the address
http://search.wikia.com/wiki/Special:Movepage/FAQ
