Yes, I think we are getting a little paternalistic with keywords. We can
reasonably expect users to know how to -this +that and "this and that".
Images for name disambiguation is a great idea. Those who want to be found
will happily provide an image, those who don't, thus have an opportunity
to opt out a bit. I think we should consider even stronger opting out
measures for living private persons who are not notable.
