[Search wiki] Stroboli into main and mini space ?

I've checked the article (it is Strobili not Stroboli) and it has no
relationship with what that word means anywhere else on the web (it is
something related to plants). So I've investigated further and found
out that basically it is used just to express an idea of the person
who decided to wrote it.

You can see in the discussion page of the article that he says:
"Ih it's current state, this page is meant only for the perpuse of
presenting Strobili to the community. Once I get some feedback on
this, I will extand the page and create other Strobili-related pages
that will provide more detail --Oshani 12:31, 6 January 2007 (UTC) "

And then on his user page he says:
"My main contribution to the search wikia project is Strobili which is
a kind of socially-driven content organization system. Currently all
Strobili is, is an idea that I was cooking in my mind for a long long
time, and that ... well... just in the right moment to jump on Jimbo's
search engine project wagon, I am making to first steps of finally
materializing. So this is really exciting for me, and I really hope
all of us make this project a reality. "

Also, the author left one year ago saying that Wikia Search wasn't
going in the same direction that he was going.

So, looks like this is just a dead project of one person who left a
long time ago. My opinion is that it doesn't really fit as a mini (it
is huge and doesn't give any information on the real strobili) and it
shouldn't be in the main namespace either. So my suggestion would be
that you delete the stuff related to it from the main namespace and
rewrite the mini with a paragraph about that a real strobili is.
