I (or anyone) might think about strengthening and explaining the "get an
account" suggestion at:

I would like to more clearly suggest that contributors make a user page and
register an email address so they will receive a notification when their
talk page is edited.

I would have liked to let the editor of the following tip know that there is
no need to remove material from one tip when it has been merged into
another.
