Sorry to insist, but C++ tips do not necessarily apply to C as well. So
someone has to do the painful sorting:
 - either we do it ourselves, specifying explicitely all the categories
   each tip belongs to
 - or each user has to try all the tips every time she uses the wiki,
   and do the sorting "mentally"

I prefer doing it only once, of course...

For me, the solution proposed by Sebastian is the best one: we create
additional views on our fully classified tips, to allow users to have
the union of 2 (or more) categories.
