OK. So let's agree on how this will look. At the bottom of any tip useful
for C or C++ we would put:

[[Category:C]]
[[Category:C_plus_plus]]

That's two lines (I suppose).

Let's do it in the above order rather than decide for each tip whether it
would be more appropriate to reverse the order. Of course it doesn't matter,
but if we remember, we may as well be consistent.
