Small world - I was thinking that recently while working on something. I
decided not to pursue it because I thought it was a bit overly complicated,
mainly to explain to existing and new contributors.

Also, you would need a bot to convert every {{Review}} tip to use a state
variable in {{Tip}}, etc.

I think the current situation is pretty satisfactory, once people absorb
