[Vim-l] coordinate our work?

Hey

A lot of reviewing has been done already, but the overall task is 
daunting.

I thought about structuring the workload a bit:

First categorize everything. A simple pessimistic calculation:

5 tips per person per day = 20 tips per day (at 4 persons)
~1300 / 20 = 65 days.

Second start reviewing per category. This will make it easier to search 
for duplicates or nonsense tips. Different ppl can work on different 
categories as apropriate.
