[Vim-l] coordinate our work?

It's calculations like this that have made me try prodding the vim_use
mailing list:

My hunch is that a lot of people have not joined the new list. IMHO we need
more bodies, and there may be some benefit from prodding like the above.

If anyone here agrees, please say so at vim_use.
