In vim_use, Ben has made a good argument that Category:Fileformat might be
too specific to be helpful. I'm sort-of working on a bot that I hope would
make setting and changing categories more easy, so I'm not too concerned
about using a category name that we might later want to change.

I created Category:Fileformat and changed Template:CatInfo so I could add an
extra explanation in the category, from within the template. See
