[Vim-l] categories unbalanced

Hi

Categories Options and Plugin are fairly empty, while Usage has many many 
subcats. I'd like to clean that up:

e.g.:

Usage
+-- Editing
+-- Extending
+-- Tuning

And move the subcategories of Usage one level lower. Or make these three 
toplevel.

FYI: the vim user manual ist structured as follows:

Getting Started
Editing Effectively
Tuning Vim
Making Vim Run
Reference manual


But I feel that this is not optimal. What do you think? Could we group 
the subcats of Usage in a better way?
