[Vim-l] Deleting junk (not tips)

For posterity, here is what I have just done:
- Created Template:Removed
- Created Category:Removed
- Recreated the deleted redirect page with contents:
    {{Removed|403|The tip was a request for assistance.}}

This gives quite a nice result with our navigation system
(Next Tip, Previous Tip).

In this case, tip 403 was deleted. Go to the previous tip:
 http://vim.wikia.com/wiki/VimTip402

and click Next Tip.

You get an inoffensive message saying that tip 403 has been
deleted. You can again click Next Tip to go to tip 404.
