Right, it is a bit offensive now. But I for my part don't use the Talk
pages too often. I think it is something for experienced
mediawiki-users. So i think many people wont find the notice there.
Perhaps we could do it a bit less obtrusive: one or two lines, another
color than "RED". What do you think?
BTW:
On my todo-list is a bot (some python-client that logs in to the wiki
and does various stuff like cleanup, remove spam or similar) that
collects information about the current state of the review process.
Mathematically I want to collect (put in a specific category) all pages
that are in Category "VimTip" but not in category "Review". Along that
one could calculate a "progress" bar (like 23% done, or 123/500 Tips
done) which would be especially nice for the core contributors, but also
for the interested public.
