Sorry - I missed your meaning. I was getting a bit excited because I think
an earlier suggestion in the thread was to use the talk page. That's on my
mind at the moment because the current {{review}} template does say to
discuss stuff on the talk page.

Some time today I hope to rework {{review}}. I have written all the text,
but I want to make a few "policy" pages and link to them from {{review}}. My
policy will say to NOT use the talk page! I'll post here to get some
feedback when done.

It would be nice to have a {{review}} box visible while editing ... it
sounds a bit tricky.
