[Vim-l] bots

I've learned now how to write bots. Easy with a minimum understanding of 
python...

The first bot moves "VimTip*" to a category "VimTipRedirects" as 
suggested by Christian some days ago.

Once that is done, i will setup another bot to gather some statistics on 
our progress. Ideas are welcome. Until now, im thinking of generating two 
lists:

a) Tips that are reviewed already (perhaps it would be wise to double 
check these ...
b) Tips that need review.

and a simple progress statement like "123/1479 Tips are reviewed already".

That page will be updated regularly, at best via a cron job. (the only 
host I can imagine is vimplugin.sf.net again. other ideas are welcome...)

One can do virtually everything with these bots, so if you have ideas 
that can be scripted easily, I will try it.
