What about trimming white spaces at the end of code snippets (their lines are
expected to start with a space, or to be within a pair of <pre></pre> tags) =>
this way mappings can be copy-pasted with no undesired side effets.

BTW, having a ":map", ":if", ":exe", ... at the beginning of a line (without a
<pre/>, and without a leading space) implies the code is not recognized as code.
