I agree. This is what is currently done with the existing C, C plus
plus and C sharp categories.

No, C++ is not ok. There is an existing category named like it, and I
didn't find any way to list its contents. Same for C#, probably.

I don't know if we can assume that people always go to the tips using
categories, and particularly using the LanquageSpecific ones. What if
someone goes to the "auto-completion" category, sees a nice-looking
autocompletion tip, opens it, and realizes the tip is not for the
desired language(s)?
I would say that keeping the language name in the title doesn't hurt,
if it's really specific to this language (but we could do s/C PLUS
PLUS/C plus plus/ for example).
