[Vim-l] Make 'Show preview' the default when editing

Angela kindly reworded the text that appears when an anonymous user edits a
page, to encourage them to log on.

That makes me wonder if it is possible to also change the fact that 'Save
page' is the default button when editing. If I accidentally press Enter
while the focus is not in the edit window, then the page is SAVED when I
might have wanted to click the PREVIEW button.

That happens when I'm entering text in the Summary box (i.e. if you enter
"xxx" in Summary and press Enter, the page is saved).
