1) we would have to URL encode it: C%2B%2B

2) this only works with v.w.c/index.php?title=Category:C%2B%2B, but not 
with v.w.c/wiki/Category:C%2B%2B. Dont know why.

If we chose something that is not so popular (e.g. cpp instead of c++) it 
should be noted at some places (e.g. search, the category etc...)

So I favor Cpp
