[Vim-l] close the forum?

As I said before, I don't like the wiki-forum. (I dont't like forums in 
general, but a forum based on "wiki-technology" is even worse)

I noticed that there has not been much traffix on the forum lately. Would 
you agree to make it a project policy to prefer the list above the forum? 
Or even delete the forum to avoid any complications?

Pro:
Have all discussions at one place (here). (community building)
can be tracked better. (threading etc.)
searchable via google, mail-archive, gmane

Contra:
There is a larger barrier to subscribe to a list than to post to the 
forum.

Please add your opinions to pro and contra, and give a general vote.
