I like that idea. At least for C/C++. Not sure whether C# fits here. C#
is more like java. But the other way around: java was inspired by C-
syntax...
Pragmatically I would like to have one category for c/c++, one for c# and
one for java. This takes popularity into account and avoids all problems,
since these three groups are fairly disjoint.
Thus simply merge C and C++ to C, and delete Cat:C++. Adapt category text
afterwards. Keep the rest as is.
Any objections?
