This concerns how to move the cursor when wrapping (gj etc).
There is quite a bit of confusion between the tip and the
comments.

Rather than fixing the tip, I simply inserted another variation
of the technique (that I occasionally use). See the three TODO
points at the start of the comments.

Please check the result. If the new tip is ok, someone can just
delete all the redundant material in the comments. If no one
replies here, I guess I'll infer that I should do the deleting.
