OMG - I guess a lot of tips are broken!

That explains why my attempt to put a table inside {{Tip ... }}
failed (see another message I just sent).

What is the benefit of putting the tip body inside the tip
template? Can we just shift the closing "}}" to the beginnng of
the tip body, so '|' works??
