I had a brilliant idea, I could try it myself...<g>

These open the redirected page, but ignore the anchor
(they fail to go to the correct position):
  Internet Explorer 6 and 7
  Konqueror 3.5

This opens the redirected page and uses the anchor (it works):
  Firefox 2

Regardless of Firefox's cleverness, it is not satisfactory that
all those pointless redirects occur. We need to change
Template:Help and the CGI script to use "sourceforge", not "sf".
