[Vim-l] Help template trouble

Is there a good way to inlude a '=' character in the tag name for the help
template?  If not, we should look into making a way.

E.g. these uses fail:
{{help|/\@=}}
{{help|=}}
{{help|v_=}}

For the last one, I had to use[
http://vimdoc.sourceforge.net/htmldoc/change.html#= :help =].  See
http://vim.wikia.com/wiki/Shifting_blocks_visually for where I did it.
