[Vim-l] Titles project

I have a big question before moving the 578 tip pages.

Using normal procedures, the result of renaming a tip is:
- A new page with new title and old contents is created.
- The old page becomes a redirect to the new page.
- The VimTipNumber page will redirect to the new page.

That is, we will still have the old page with old title, but it
will be a redirect to the new title.

Is that what we want? For all 578 renamed tips?

It appears that with suitable admin privilege, the script could
*delete* the old page while doing the move to the new page (it's
an option in the script). I don't know whether the admin level
required would be Seb, Tom or Angela (probably just sysop).

What do we want? Rename and keep the old pages?

Or, rename and delete the old pages? How?
