[Vim-l] Browsing Categories

For browsing use the "Category Tree": the "plus" expands AJAX-style.

For Category:Browse: Our Categories live all beneath "VimTip". So you 
have go there before. But inside VimTip, there are _all_ tips, so you 
have to click around alot before you find the subcategires there.

But honestly, I find the category tree buch more convenient.

I wonder that this is not clear. Should it be explained more detailed on 
the Mainpage ?
